many of you already know, (sichtwerk has been scheduled on pav2 for weeks)
the sichtwerk02 exhibition opens today and closes on sunday(21st). shown
are selected works by students of art and design from the university of
essen. sven shows four works of different work groups. the compilation is
entiled "the divine master plan" and plays on the name of his sketch book
with the same name. sven will be at the sichtwerk personally on sunday 16-19h.
if you have no chance to visit the zeche zollverein within the next days, you´ll have some more chances to see this works. for october 31th a solo exhibition is scheduled in the university of essen. this presentation will feature the sichtwerk works, four works of the cadaver group, the circle photograms and other works. (if you miss everything, you can still look at pav2, for sven´s works and exhibition documentations.) any questions??? |

lads and lasses! guess what just happened today! fabulous alec smith visited
the moppelstudioz where nothing more than the long awaited cibachrome album
is recorded. rumours say that alec was singing parts of a song called "loved
by you" but nothing was revealled by the studiobiggos. two days ago phoenix
from phoenixarts was said to be seen at the front doors of moppelstudioz.
we asked sven if there was any chance that her voice would apear on cibachrome
just as mr. smith, but we only got a smile and a omnious "maybe in another
world" as an answer. so it stays gripping as the last we heard from inside
the studio was that the last recordings are in their final state. so stay
tuned for more exiting news. (thanx to irish coffee club – european correspondence) |

| time flies...it seems unreal but portrait was released two years ago, but it isn´t old fashioned, is it?! as you know the follow up album is going to bee released soon, and gerd bückins, producer from portrait, has mastered the first six songs from cibachrome and gave them his wide sound, so don´t miss the first single mine. also: today the new workgroup cadaver has been release on pav2, if you´re interested in sven´s most ambitioned art project, try some meat... :-) | |

| after breaking the recordings for some days off in denmark and working hard on the pav2 and sichtwerk02 stuff (for info see www.phoenixarts.20m.com), sven is recently mastering the first songs of the new album. after finishing of mastering the first part, mine will be the first single, giving a short preview on the album, which will not be released before the end of october. mine contains a strong beat, srtings and heavy guitars, as you will see. ...any comments? | |

| unbelievable but true: sven confirmed all rumors about new studio album. he will be back in studio within the next weeks to record the long expected "portrait" follow up album - so far entitled "cibachrome". it will contain a lot of electronic, great string arrangements and, of course, a lot of smashing guitar work. in a previous interview sven mentioned something about a studio diary, but there are no more informations about this yet. if there is anything new, you´ll find out here! | |

| pav2 phoenixarts has been relaunched, finally. It got a new design using frames, which garants faster acces and dynamic news updates! It also show photigraphies and prints by sven, and the collaboration project "what i never want to be - a virtual haiku" by Phoenix. The pav2 team, hopes to present two new artists soon, who introduce the diciplines og writing. Also new works by phoenix and guenter berendes are expected. Waht do you think? is an open group of photographers and models creation young photo art. Phoenix
will model for some shots while sven takes some photos in his typical slow
shot style. The works are expected to be shown on www.mindeyes.de. (UPDATE: because of juristic differences phoenix and sven have already left the assembly. It seems like the whole mindeyes thing have broke down. If anything happens, you will find out here.) |

great problems. Now all downloads are tranferred to mp3.com, the greates
legal mp3 site on the net, featuring established and underground artists.
Up to now you can download "a day at the sea (short version)" and "she´s
fragile". "beam" is comming soon. a new feature is the mp3 stream, which compared to the real player, actally works. |

you know MTV discovers in "brandnew" new bands and talents. there is a lot
to win, and even the chance to present your stuff to a greater audience.
after much discussing, which sven song might be most MTV compatible, "kind"
